Many of our clients and prospects have entrusted us with their personal information for over 30 years and we secure that information in an environment similar to a bank in which all information is placed in a vault and only used for the desired purposes of our clients or prospects. Ruf Strategic Solutions collects info about you from your transactions with us. This includes information you voluntarily give us, or data we may collect from others such as credit reporting agencies. For individuals who request that we supply information to them by e-mail, we will collect and use their e-mail address for that purpose. Those e-mail addresses will never be shared with other organizations, under any circumstances. We do not collect cookies on our website. We collect only the IP address and web page hits; addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registration.
Use of information:
At Ruf Strategic Solutions, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not rent or trade your personal information you voluntarily provide us to any third party. The web traffic we collect from our website is used only to increase the sites value to you. Your personal information we collect is used to help us better understand your needs and build a stronger relationship with you.
Removing your information:
Ruf Strategic Solutions periodically sends out informative pieces on marketing challenges and solutions in the marketplace to our customers and prospect. These pieces help to keep you updated on our new solutions and how they may help you maximize your marketing investments. Each piece we send will have opt-out information that you may use to unsubscribe from any future correspondence.
To remove your information, simply e-mail or write to us. In order to honor these requests, you will be asked to supply your exact name and address.
